Q: I would like to rent my house out to tourists visiting the area. Can I conduct nightly rentals?

A: No, nightly or short-term rentals are not permitted. Lease must be a minimum of seven (7) months, and may no homes may be leased more than two (2) times in any calendar year.   All finalized lease agreements must be submitted to the Board within 5-days of authorization

Q: I would like to install a paver driveway. Do I need to do anything prior to construction?

A: Yes, you must submit an Architectural Review Application prior to construction which may require up to a $5,000 damage deposit.

Q: I don't use Association Common Properties, do I still have to pay my dues?

A: Yes, everyone who lives in Silver Ridge is responsible for paying their assessments per the Governing Documents.
